DESCRIPTIONThe general purpose of a Tepidarium is to help the user unwind and de-stress as the warm srfaces of the tiles and surrounding warm air helps to get the heat to penetrate your body to the core. The air within the Tepidarium is usually set to body temperature, 37oC, with all surfaces within the room being heated to the same degree. This is a 'dry heat' treatment which differs to a Sauna or Steam Room where they use slightly higher temperatures soley designed to initiate a sweat.
We provide Heated Tiled Loungers, heated seats & LED Lighting to set the mood for total relaxation. -
